Meeting with Michelin 3-star chef, Heston Blumenthal


Meeting with Michelin 3-star chef, Heston Blumenthal, at his home in Provence. We became quick friends. Heston runs The Fat Duck restaurant, west of Heathrow, and once called “the world’s best restaurant.” You’d think his prime interest would be food, but the day’s discussion quickly dispelled that notion: his main interest is science (also how it relates to food). Looking forward to future collaboration!
